Marjorie (Marge) Ebel, 82, of Missoula, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018, at St. Patrick Hospital, of natural causes.
Marge was born on March 30, 1935, in Missoula, to John and Alma Kramen. Marge married Don Sidener in 1955 and in 1957, while living in Florida, they had a son, Steve. In 1975, Marge married Ernie Ebel. The couple lived in Missoula, where, prior to her retirement, Marge worked in the office of the Missoula Mercantile and then as a Ward Secretary at St. Patrick Hospital. In addition to raising her son, whom she adored, Marge was a loving and devoted daughter to her Mother, for whom she and Ernie cared for for many years.
Marge was preceded in death by her parents and her son. She is survived by her husband, Ernie, her sister, Joyce Trettevik of Bothell, Washington, sisters-in law Alice Anderson, Tillie (Jim) Lofftus, Nora Arlint, Frances (Paul Willard) Kenoyer, Loretta Ebel, Janice Ebel, brothers-in-law Fred (Pam) Ebel, Roy (Maxine) Ebel, her cousins, and many nieces and nephews and their children.
Visitation will be at noon on Wednesday, February 21, with the service to follow at 1:00 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
