Richard "Rick" Miller Sr.
Richard "Rick" Miller passed away Tuesday September 20, in Missoula, surrounded by family.
Rick was born August 24, 1947, in Spokane Washington to Ronald Gene Miller Sr. and Betty Lou Radney.
As a boy he shared many fun times with his sister Charlotte and brother Ronald Miller Jr.
As many strong ambitious young men of his generation, Rick entered the Marines at the age of 17. He honorably served in Vietnam. He retired from the military as a Lance Corporal in the Marine corp.
In July of 1991 he married the love of his life Teri L. Bishop. They moved to Missoula not long after in August of 1991. He enjoyed his career as a public servant taking care of people with in home care.
He and Teri joined Christian Life Center and enjoyed going to church as well as attending social functions there and around Missoula. People that met him liked him, and the people that got to know him loved him. He always had a positive radiating persona that everyone seemed to always want to be a part of, especially his wonderful laugh.
Rick is preceded in in death by his father Ronald G. Miller Sr., mother Betty Lou Miller, Brother Ronald G. Miller Jr.
He is survived by his wife Teri L. Miller, sister Charlotte Matthews, Sons Richard L. Miller Jr., Matthew L. Miller, and Michael J. Bishop.
