Sharon M. O'Bannan

Sharon Marie O'Bannan, 62, passed away at home on Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2016.

She was born on Jan. 22, 1954, to Dan and Joanne O'Bannan in Missoula.

She grew up in many places around Montana and spent 13 years in Germany with her family but has always called Missoula her home.

Sharon was a kind and loving woman who loved and accepted everyone for who they were. She enjoyed crafting miniatures and collecting antiques. The one thing she loved more than anything was to spend time with her seven grandchildren.

Sharon is preceded in death by her father and mother, Dan and Joanne O'Bannan and her brother, Dan O'Bannan Jr.

She is survived by her daughter Joanne (Travis) Taylor; her son Earl Smith; seven grandchildren and many, many friends and family.

A memorial to celebrate Sharon's life will be held on Friday, Aug. 19, at 2 p.m. at the American Legion Post 27, 825 Ronan St., Missoula.
